Turbine Defects
1. RSV 1 & 2 valves steam leak
2. Condenser ball cleaning units A & B balls loss
3. Steam leak at BFP A inlet MOV gland
4. Oil leak at BFP B motor non drive end
5. Steam leak at 4th extraction manual valve near to auxiliary header
6. Gland seal water leak at both A & B extraction pumps
7. LP Bypass valve pressure transducers root line water leakage
8. CW cooling system HMI unit remote mode is not working
9. CW cooling system heat exchanger pressure and temperature gauges are not working
10. HP heater 3, LP heater 6, LP heater 7-8 local level gauges defective
11. Drain headers 1, 7, 8 temperature values faulty
12. HP heater 2, level transmitter No 1 valve faulty
Boiler Defects
1. FD Fan A lube oil station oil level gauge leak
2. FD fans lube oil stations area water collected during rainy days
3. Boiler instrument air main pipe water separator drain valve is corroded (near PA fan B)
4. Main soot blower regulating valve gland steam leak
5. Main soot blower MOV internal steam leak
6. Boiler Drum left side electrode type level gauge steam leak
7. Boiler Drum right side electrode type level gauge steam leak
8. Boiler Drum left side electrode type level gauge isolation valves have internal steam leaks
9. Boiler Drum right side electrode type level gauge isolation valves have internal steam leaks
10. Boiler Drum left side bicolor gauge not working properly
11. Boiler Drum right side bicolor gauge not working properly
12. SSC top sealing water level gauge is clogged
13. Down comer blow down MOV 04 internal leak
14. Down comer blow down common MOV internal leak
15. Down comer blow down common manual valve internal leak
16. Ash and coal leak from BC3 flame detector mounting bracket
17. BC3 flame detector is defective
18. FD fan B lube oil pump A motor abnormal sound
19. FD fan B lube oil station flow meters oil leak
20 Long soot blowers feedback not coming to DCS
21 FD fan B lub oil pump A motor bearing fault
22 Secondary air damper control valves water accumilation
FGD & ESP DEFECTS
ESP Control room -- Scada/PLC:-
1 (A11,B11,B13,B14 Hopper heaters temperature,ESP B Side inlet outlet flu gas temperate
Fluidizing air heaters temperate) The computer screen does not show the parameter reading
2 ESP Control room not operate in remote (Conveying air compressor, Conveying air dryers
Fluidizing air blowers and silo blowers
3 Oil leakage in A22,B24 transformers
4 Conveying air storage tank drain valve faulted
5 Intrument air pressure digital transmitter display was faded.
FGD:-
1 By pass damper open/close percentage faulted
2 Booster fan lube oil pump remote don't operated
3 Booster fan lube oil station ,Oil line ,close cycle water line and visual glass
pressure meter, temperate meter fix faulty equipment and location
4 Not operate in remote mode debris filler bin FGD
5 The sealing the drive side is loose in seal low leakage air fan
6 Bypass damper A local display faulted
GGH:-
1 Motor of supporting bearing oil leakage
2 FGD Flue gas analyzer units are corroded and not working
3 GGH Soot blower structure base are corroded
4 GGH Soot blower area cable trays and cable ducts are corroded
5 GGH soot blower line steam leak

Aeration fan house and basin:-


1 Aeration fan no:01/02 sea side bearing lube oil inlet line oil leak
2 Aeration Fans air intakes out water lines are corroded
3 Aeration fan house Oil line and Closed cycle cooling water pipe
lines and drain valves are corroded
4 Oil leakage in bearing and oil line
5 Aeration fans A.B inlet MOV display not work
6 Presser meters, temperate meters and RTD wiring inspected and corroded

Absorber pumps:-
1 pressure meters, flow meters and RTD wiring inspected and corroded
2 Inlet/outlet valves open/close check and corroded
3 Bearing cooling water line cleaning and corroded
4 Water drain valves inspected and corrected
t&c
1. 'ESP control room console does not show fotlowing parameters
a. ALL,BLL, B13,814 Hopper heatertemperature
b. ESP B side inlet outlet flue gas temperature
c. Fluidizing air heater temperature
2. ESP control room operator has no ability to remotely operate
a. Conveying air compressor
b. Conveying air dryers
c. Fluidizing air compressor
d. Silo blowers
3. lnstrument air digital transmitter display is not working properly. Low Brightness
4. FGD bypass damper position feedback value not shown in local display
5. Booster fan lube oil station some instrumentation equipments are faulty
a. Digital displays of lube oil temperature meters
b. CCCW line visual glass
6. Debris filter of absorber tower cannot operate remotely
7. FGD flue gas analyzer panel and unit is heavily corroded
8. Aeration fans A & B inlet MOV display faulty
9. Aeration fan house wiring area corroded
Mechanical

t. Coiveying air storage tanks drain valves not operating correctly.

2. Sealing in the driven end of Low Leakage seal air fan is loose.

3. GGH support bearing oil pump area has minor oil leak.

4. GGH sootblower line has steam leak near the Damper seal air fan house

5. Aeration fan 1 and 2 has minor oil leak near the bearing lube oil inlet line at sea side.

5. Valves at the air outlet lines from Aeration fans are corroded.

7. Aeration fan house oil lines, CCCW water pipes and drain pipes are corroded

8. Minor oil leaks present at the bearings and oil lines of Aeration fans.

9. Absorber pupms inlet and outlet valves corroded.

10. Absorber pumps bearing cooling water lines are corroded

11. Absorber pump drain valves corroded
