Color
Available in standard white, Traffic Yellow, Lumina green, Tomato Red and Black colors.
Application
Designed for Bus lane, Bike Lane, Transition speed track, long line and transverse line pavement marking
applications here durability is required.
Packaging
System 98:2 Product kit comes with Part A 25 kg paint in White metal pail and Part B approx. 200 gm of
Powder Hardener sachet( to be purchased separately).
System 1:1 Part A 25 kg (Accelerated) in white metal pail, Part B 25 Kg in black metal pail, Part C approx.
400 gm of hardener sachet( to be purchased separately).
Storage Stability
At least 12 months if seal is unbroken under shaded, cold (<25 °C), moisture free, well
ventilated area.
Surface Preparation
The surface should be dry, clean and free of dust, salt, grease, oil or any kind of foreign material. New
asphalt needs to be weathered at least for a month. If cold plastic material is applied too early on fresh
asphalts the cured marking can be peeled off with a soft black asphalt layer beneath. a test stripe and try
to peel it off.
New concrete should be cured for 28 days minimum & surfaces are typically treated with curing agents on
the top of the surface, these treatments undermine adhesion of any coating and have to be removed first!
Removal can be done via mechanic grinding or high pressure water jet. If the concrete surface has tendency
to release salts a concrete primer usually recommended for that case. (please contact the manufacturer for
primer recommendation as well as if there is existing coating over the surface).
Polished, smooth surfaces such as granite, enameled tiles may reduce adhesion. Grinding, wire brushing
or acid etching may increase the adhesion however, we recommend a test prior to application. “If any
peeling or cracking of applied cold plastic paint with high impact after one day of curing”
Material Preparation
Mixing Ratio
For hand work (98:2 system) - Part B(hardener) has to be mixed with Part A for 1 min under moderate
speed to homogenize the system.
For 50:50 – Part C hardener has to be premixed with Part B(Black Pail-non-accelerated system) paint then
standard machine application is followed.

Caution Before adding hardener, all the paint parts ( Part A for screed and Part A , Part B for spray) should
be mixed for 3-5 min to homogenize then hardener should be added and mixed for 1 min. However, during
mixing temperature may increase due to initiation of reaction so care must be taken to carry out the mixing
in cold area as much as possible. If the temperature of the bucket rises while mixing it should be stopped
otherwise application of the paint will become difficult as the paint will start gelling.
Application Temperature
Air temperature: min. 1°C, max. 50°C, ground temperature: min. 5°C, max. 55°C. Rel. air humidity: max.
85%. Air temperature more than 50°C might cause difficulty in workability, so mixing and application should
be taken care of to avoid any delay in handling of material.
Coverage
1.8 kg/m2 @ 1 mm thickness (dry film thickness and wet film thickness are almost equal) depending on the
surface porosity.
Cleaning of Equipment
Cleaning of equipment and application related tools have to be cleaned by provided thinner only.

3. COMPOSITION
General advice Take off all contaminated clothing immediately. Medical treatment is necessary if
symptoms occur which are obviously caused by skin or eye contact with the
product or by inhalation of its vapours.
Inhalation Move subject to fresh air and keep him calm. If feeling unwell seek medical advice.
Skin contact IF ON SKIN (or hair): Take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin
with water/shower. Wash contaminated clothing before re-use. If skin irritation
occurs consult a physician.
Eye contact IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact
lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. In case of complaints call a
physician immediately.
Ingestion Do not induce vomiting. Call a physician immediately. Never give anything by
mouth to an unconscious person.
4.2. Most important symptoms and effects, both acute and delayed
Excessive or prolonged exposure can cause the following:, Headache, confusion, irritation, Product has dermal defatting effect
4.3. Indication of any immediate medical attention and special treatment needed
5. FIREFIGHTING MEASURES
Keep out unprotected persons. In case of fire, remove the endangered barrels and bring to a safe place, if this can be done safely.
Containers exposed to heat (fire) may build up pressure. Cool by splashing with water. Prevent fire extinguishing water from
contaminating surface water or the ground water system. Fire residues and contaminated fire extinguishing water must be disposed
of in accordance with local regulations. Use extinguishing measures that are appropriate to local circumstances and the surrounding
environment.
Rev03 Jan, 2023 Material Safety Data Sheet
Assure sufficient ventilation. Use personal protective clothing. Use breathing apparatus if exposed to vapours/dust/mist/aerosol.
Keep away from open flames, hot surfaces and sources of ignition. Vapours can form explosive mixtures with air. Keep out
unprotected persons. Protect from spark formation.
Requirements for storage areas and containers : Keep away from open flames, hot surfaces and sources of ignition. Keep away from
heat. Protect from the action of light. Keep containers tightly closed in a cool, well-ventilated place. Fill the container by approximately 90
% only as oxygen (air) is required for stabilisation. With large storage containers make sure the oxygen (air) supply is sufficient to ensure
stability. Keep locked up. Keep at temperature not exceeding + 30 °C.
8. EXPOSURE CONTROLS/PERSONAL
Protective measures Do not breathe vapours. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Wash hands before breaks and
Immediately after handling the product. Safety shower and eye wash fountain should be available.
Rev03 Jan, 2023 Material Safety Data Sheet
Hygiene measures Take off all contaminated clothing immediately. Store work clothing separately.
Follow the usual good standards of occupational hygiene. Clean skin thoroughly
after work; apply skin cream.
Respiratory protection Breathing apparatus in case of high concentrations
Hand protection butyl rubber gloves (0.7 mm), Break through time ca. 60 min (EN 374)
In practice, due to variable exposure conditions, this information can only be an aid
to orientation for the selection of a suitable chemical protection glove. In particular,
this information does not substitute suitability tests by the end user.
Splash protection neoprene gloves
General information Gloves should be replaced regularly, especially after extended contact with the
product. For each work-place a suitable glove type has to be selected.
Eye protection tightly fitting goggles
Skin and body protection On handling of larger quantities: face mask, chemical-resistant boots and apron
