    Maintenance Check List


    10th May 2024
    1. Boilerman reported the conveyor Amps
    very high causing the motor trip
    2. Boilerman check the gearbox body
    already break and they called for
    workshop to check.
    3. Workshop team found that the Shaft
    sprocket already stuck jammed due to
    angle bar cover for the chain already
    lifted up and hit the sprocket teeth.
    4. The workshop team change the
    gearbox wih a new unit.
    5. The angle bar cover were cut and run
    back the conveyor.
    6. After that we found that the fiber stuck
    between the roller and liner causing
    the amp to became unstable.
    7. Fireman clear the fiber and workshop
    lubricating the chain using used
    gearbox oil and run back.
    8. The amps for the conveyor around 15
    amps

    2 June 2024
    1. Workshop change 8 pcs of scraper pipe
    2.5” x 30.25” with hollow rectangle
    tube 4” x 2” x 30.25.
    2. And the fireman clear the fiber stuck
    under the roller chain and liner.
