Job Objectives
The Management Trainee in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) will undergo a comprehensive
training program to develop a deep understanding of our customer service operations and strategies. This
role is designed to prepare the trainee for future leadership positions within the CRM department.
Responsibilities and Skills set
Key Responsibilities: -
Assist in managing customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns through various communication
channels.
Learn and apply CRM tools and software to maintain customer databases and analyze data.
Collaborate with senior CRM staff to develop and implement customer engagement strategies.
Participate in the resolution of complex customer issues and escalations.
Shadow and support CRM team leaders in daily tasks and projects.
Contribute to the development of CRM policies and procedures.
Conduct research to stay updated on industry best practices in customer service.
Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills in communication and problem-solving.
