Sai is a seasoned and vastly experienced HR professional with 27 + years of real time domestic and global
HR experience in the IT and Pharmaceutical sectors, with core competencies in the areas of Talent
Management & Acquisition, HR Process Management, Compensation and Benefits Management,
Performance Management and Competency Development, HR Analytics, Employee Engagement, Right
Hiring, Exit Interviews, Learning & Development, and HR Technology program management skills. He has 3
Masters Degrees, in the areas of Commerce, Business Management and Management Information Systems.

Sai Kiran specializes in aligning performance management with organizational goals, bringing deep and
practical insights to the table. He has designed impactful training programs that equip managers with
essential appraisal skills and interpersonal capabilities to navigate difficult conversations effectively while
guiding appraisees towards achieving results. Additionally, he assists in designing KRAs and KPIs and is a
"Certified Performance Ready" expert. Sai consistently delivers insightful and creative PMS training
programs and solutions for the teams he collaborates with, ensuring alignment with organizational
objectives.

He has been the Head of HR operations while at Valtech India Systems Private Ltd., and was among the few
pioneers in taking a huge step to introduce ‘people development’ initiatives in the IT - SME sector for the
first time in India.

He began his career in a humble recruitment setting during the ‘dot-com’ period of 1999 in New Jersey,
USA and since then has never looked back at ensuring that the very best roles he undertook in the IT sector
had the core competent of the Talent Management and Acquisition, combined.

• Educated management on successful policy implementation and enforcement actions to prevent
employee legal entanglements.

He has been part of many unique change management solutions, especially where the understanding how
to view compensation as a partnership with the employee. Sai is an accomplished Certified Soft-Skills Trainer
and Certified HR Analytics Manager. Today, Sai is actively engaged with C2X in the areas of change
management and talent management as a facilitator and HR Consultant.
