Notes to service personnel
Be sure to read this manual carefully to gain a thorough understanding of the correct procedures before servicing the system.
When the mounting screws are used in the angle brackets to secure parts of the system to the packing materials, some of them
are meant to be re-used when assembling the system. All screws that are meant to be re-used in this way are described in the
manual.
Any screw that is not designated for re-use in the manual is not necessary to keep for assembly. There is no need to reattach
the packing screws unless it is mentioned so in this manual after you have removed them.
Our products may use tapping truss head screws, spike truss head screws and washer head screws.
When attaching the screws once removed, make sure to attach them on their original positions.
These screws are used for the place where grounding is required.

1.3 Drive modification kit for V30

Change the original gear drive of the V30 into a belt drive, you need to change the rotation

direction of the motor

• Be sure to turn off the circuit breakers of the machine and the main power source before operation.

This installing operation should be performed only by an authorized service personnel.

1. Open the processor real cover.

2. Turn off the circuit breaker and main power supply.

3. Remove dryer rack cover and dryer rack

4. Install Drive modification kit , Pulley, Drive pulley and Belt (It takes about 8 minutes)

5. Adjusting the drive motor belt tension

 Procedure
1. Adjust the position of the drive motor to fix the drive motor belt so that it
bends 0.8 mm when pressing it by 265 to 296 g (2.6 to 2.9 N). (four screws)

1. Remove back cover of V30 film processor. and disconnect J/P129

2. Use a tool exchange the position of the pin 4 and pin 5 of P129 connector
