    ASSIGNMENT:
    Field assignment was assigned to Grid maintenance
    Class GC-156 to be completed by each trainee at their
    respective Grid Station/Switching Station. This
    document contains the Single Line Diagram of 220kV
    Rohri Grid Station Annual Testing results of 250MVA
    Transformer, Annual Testing results of 220kV Circuit
    Breaker, 150Ah Battery Capacity Test and Battery
    Impedence Test.

    Introduction
    The grid station was commissioned at 220kV/132kVvoltage level in 2014 with 2*250 MVA
    Auto Transformers providing total of 500MVA capacity with 04 No. 220kV Transmission
    Lines Engro circuit 1, Engro circuit 2, Shikarpur circuit 1 and Shikarpur circuit 2.
    System also contains a 10/13 MVA 132kv/11kv power transformer.

    132KV lines includes 132kv Old Rohri, 132kv Rohri Cement Factory,132kv Gambat 1,
    132kv Gambat 2, 132kv Shahladhani and 132kv Kumb, 132kv Nara 1

    Recent Additions to system

    A 250MVA 220KV/132KV Auto Transformer T4 has recently been installed and


    energized in 2024 enhancing total capacity to 750MVA.

    A 132kv line HNDS has also been added to system.
