Course Description
This course includes the study of lie-detection techniques, focuses in the conducts of Polygraph examination, use of Polygraph
instrument using the standard procedures as applied in criminal investigation, detection of crime and administration of justice.

Course Objectives
At the end of the chapter, the student should be able to:
1. Show knowledge, skills, attitudes and value essential in the practice of criminology;
3. Demonstrate scientific knowledge and skills in investigation, analysis and preserve physical evidence;
5. Apply adequate knowledge in the organization and operation of law enforcement agencies in the criminal justice system;
8. Formulate and organize criminological research in the promotion of public safety and social defense;
9. Communicate effectively and express one’s thought, principles and convictions confidently.
