 Conceptualizing the different types of decisions carried out in service organizations are: process, quality
management, capacity and scheduling, inventory, service supply chain, and information technology.
Procedure Development Management
 Policies and procedures are essential for an organization to keep everyone operating from the same core principles
and completing their tasks in the way that assures a sound, dependable product each time. The only caution in creating a
set of policies and procedures.
 Procedures are important when a deviation from the process will result in rework or a poorly done development, or
for a highly complicated and complex task. Procedures become overkill when they are created for simple tasks or tasks
that can truly be done effectively in a variety of ways to achieve the same outcome.
Analytical Management
 An analytical Management technique (analytical method) is a procedure or a method for the analysis of
some problem, status or a fact. Analytical techniques are usually time-limited and task-limited. They are used once to solve a
specific issue. Opposed to management methods that affect management of the organization in a longer term.
 In practice there are used a lot of quite simple analytical management techniques that managers and analysts use
during normal work. Often without naming it somehow. For such techniques, they are based primarily on the
experience of the person who uses them. There are also a number of specialized analytical techniques, which are
overwhelmingly based on some mathematical model or which require certain equipment or tools.
Strategic Planning Management
 Strategic planning is an organizational management activity that is used to set priorities, focus energy and resources,
strengthen operations, ensure that employees and other stakeholders are working toward common goals, establish
agreement around intended outcomes/results, and assess and adjust the organization's direction in response to a
changing environment
 A quality Strategic management is the comprehensive collection of on-going activities and processes that
organizations use to systematically coordinate and align resources and actions with mission, vision and strategy
throughout an organization

Since Sep. 2009 - June. 2014, J.K. Cement Works, Kanpur, U.P. as Marketing Executive
 As an Operations Executive, responsible to drive the Operational activity aspects of White cements & Putty are used in the
applications individuals and institutional Construction sites in whole U.P. for the White Cement & Putty.
 Going through the strategic planning & process improvement parts, the system implementation aspects & others acts
done at operational work in White Cement & Putty.
 Responsible for tender process application for the organization and operational acts satisfaction to develop
cross functional Network, support system implementation.
 Actively providing the team building services to the organization, for which the quality product, as strong team
members should be maintained.
 Awareness regarding of our products and up gradation of our technology in making of our white cement & putty
spreader with among our clients.
 I orchestrated the entire Operation management, analytical solution & procedure development activities related to
White Cement & Putty in Kanpur & Luck now region, I was involved in senior level –coordination with Govt.-bodies &
different Govt. institutions, in the procedure development network for better penetration and formulated planned
strategies in consultation with our seniors and clients in the high consumptions Project base operations.
 Benchmarked more than average growth in operational & strategic planning activities from zero to 40% rise in our
assign region.

As an Marketing Specialist & Operations Manager, has been providing the analytical solutions, financial oversight,
quality team members, negotiation expertise in white cement products and support to learn over the process
