SUBJECT: CARAVAN ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE

OFFICE OF THE REGIONAL COURT MANAGER
FOR REGION VIII ON MAY 24, 2024 IN ORMOC
CITY,LEYTE

By virtue of the En Bane Resolution dated February 27,2024 in A.M.

No. 24-02-18-SC (Re: Proposed Creation and Pilot Implementation of the
Offices of the Regional Managers as Key Area of Focus in the Modernization
of the Office of the Court Administrator), Region VIII was identified as one of
the six (6) areas where the estab lishment of the Office of the Regional Court
Manager (ORCM) will be pilot tested this coming June 2024.

In order to introduce to the judges and court personnel of Region VIII

the background and concept of the ORCM, as well as gather feedback on the
process that will be assigned, a caravan thereon will be conducted by the SC
Interim Planning Development Office, in coordination with the Office of the
Court Administrator, in Leyte, which is a location contemplated for the ORCM
in Region VIII.

As such and based on the results of the survey earlier conducted for the
purpose, the following judges and court personnel listed in Table I are
authorized to physically attend the caravan on May 24, 2024 from 1 :00 pm to
5:00 p.m. in Ormoc City, Leyte. On the other hand, the judges and court
personnel listed in Table II are also authorized to virtually attend the said
activity on the same date and time.

Attendance is mandatory and shall be on OFFICIAL TIME.
