I. General Rules
1. Each team is encouraged to have an acting/official coach in all games. Each team
must also provide 1-2 Representative to act as referee/committee.
2. Each team member shall be within the vicinity of the court during the scheduled game.
3. The team shall only be allowed to play if they are all in proper attire. And must have th
eir SURNAME in the back of their JERSEY UNIFORM.
4. Allotted time for warm up is 5 minutes.
5. Players must be on time during their scheduled game. 20 minutes defaulting time is st
rictly observed.
6. No foul words are allowed during the game. If caught, the player will be automatically
eliminated.
7. Players who are under the influence of liquor are not allowed to play. If so, the player
who violates will be suspended for 2 games; current game and next game. Players who
consecutively violate this rule will be suspended for the whole duration of the basketball t
ournament.
8. All protests shall be written in a formal writing and can be submitted to the Commissio
ner/Chairman twenty-four (24) hours of the first game of the first round only.
9. The protesting team shall provide the necessary documents and pieces of evidence of
the team/players they are protesting.
10. The decision of the officiating officials is final and irrevocable.
1. Both coaches/players of the playing team should know the rules and regulations of the
game and must see to it that they are in total control of their players and their benches.
2. Only the coaches of the playing team are allowed to stand and make necessary verific
ations/complaints during the progress of the game.
VI. TOURNAMENT FORMAT
1. The tournament follows the ROUND ROBIN game. Thus, each participating SITIO ca
n have the chance to compete with all the puroks participating.
2. Best four shall be chosen from the resulting game standing.
3. In case of tie, a win over the other rule will be followed.
4. In case of triple tie, point’s differences will be followed.
VII. ADDENDUM
1. The Upper Sun-ok Fiesta Basketball League will commence on November 26, 2PM at
Upper Sun-ok Gym.
2. Players must wear their sports attire.
3. Right after the opening program, the first game will start.

Champion - 3,500
2nd Place - 2,500
3rd Place- 1,500
