    RULES AND REGULATION.

    1. All players must be residents of Kiambu County for the past one year.
    2. Each team shall have a maximum 20 players and 2 officials.
    3. Registration deadline will be on 30th September 2023. No team shall be allowed to register players
    after closure of the said registration date.
    4. All teams must adhere to the rules and regulations of the tournament. Teams flouting these rules and
    regulations will automatically be disqualified from the tournament.
    5. No player will play for more than one team during the ward level stage of the tournament. Teams will
    be allowed to reinforce a maximum of five (5) players after the ward level.
    6. Each team will be allowed a maximum of five substitute per game.
    7. In case of a tie teams will go to straight penalties at the knockout stage
    8. Player issued with a red card or two yellow cards in two successive games will miss the next game
    9. Player issued with two red card in the tournament will be disqualified from the tournament
    10. No National Super League and Kenyan Premier League players will be allowed to participate in the
    tournament.
    11. Any player producing a student ID card may also be required to produce a National Identity card if he
    is above 18 years.
    12. If none of the above documents is available, then participation will be at organizers’ discretion.
    13. On the day of the tournament, each player will be required to produce ORIGINALS of the
    identification documents. Failure to do so will result in the player being disqualified from participating
    in the tournament.
    14. Teams will be responsible for their internal affairs. Disputes within the teams, that jeopardize the
    credibility of the tournament may lead to automatic disqualification from the tournament.
    15. Participating teams will not hold the organizer responsible for any injuries, losses or any damages
    during the tournament.
    16. Participating teams and all their members exclusively authorize the organizers to use their teams’ name
    or individuals on promotions and advertisements before, during and after tournament.
    17. All players must agree to random drug tests during the duration of the entire tournament. Appropriate
    action will be taken by organizers on players whose results are positive, or who will fail to show up for
    the test at the designated place and time.
    18. In the event of violence, or any form of hooliganism from fans/spectators, team members or team
    officials, the event organizers reserve the right to disqualify the responsible team.
    19. All players must be of good health and medically fit to participate in the tournament.
    20. The organizers reserve the right to change rules of participation without prior notice. In case of any
    disputes arising, the organizers’ decision will be final.
    21. All teams will be expected to provide three representative to sign to abide to rules and regulations
    22. Any regulation not captured above FIFA rules applies
