Compilation of Math Problems
Instructions:
1. Research five (5) math problems or puzzles, ensuring that they are relevant to the
topics covered from Module 1 to Module 4. Each problem should correspond to a
different topic.
2. Using these problems as a guide, CONSTRUCT YOUR OWN problems.
3. Copy and pasting problems is strictly prohibited.
4. Do not forget to include all the references you used as bases in constructing your
own problem.
5. Show a draft of your constructed problems to your instructor for approval. No two
students should submit identical problems.
6. Once approved, consolidate these problems along with their complete answers and
solutions.
7. Use A4-sized bond paper and follow the format provided.
8. Compile all individual projects by class. The outputs should be arranged
alphabetically according to the students’ surnames and preferably ring-bound.
9. Include a cover page containing the following information:
Title, Year and Section, Instructor, and Date of Submission.
10. Submit your outputs on or before December 9, 2024, Monday. Late submissions
shall incur 5% deduction per day of delay, including weekends.
