RESULUTION NO. 1
Series of 2024
A Resulution Earnestly Requesting Donations of Furniture and Fixtures, Electric
Appliances, Cookery Utensils, Bartending Utensils, FBS Utensils, and Beddings from the
Banaue Hotel and Youth Hostel to address the needs of Gohang National High School
Students.

WHEREAS, during the school personnel, PTA Officers and Stake Holders meeting
the following materials are identified as school priority needs for learners; (attached table 1.
the list of items and its purpose)

WHEREAS, the school staff and teaching personnel strongly believe that if these
needs will be provided, it will help much in the delivery of basic educational services for the
learners.

WHEREAS, upon motion duly seconded by the body, it is hereby resolved to make a
resolution to request donations form Banaue Hotel and Youth Hostel.

RESOLVED FINALLY, to forward copies of this resolution to the office of HON.

Authority for his consideration and appropriate action thru: JETRO NICOLAS F.
