Dear Akash Dukre,
We are pleased to appoint you as Junior QA Engineer with MAP Quality Solutions .Here are key particulars of
our offer of employment to you.

Remuneration – Stipend of INR 5000 per month for probation period (~3 months of your employment)
Company will pay you an annual compensation package of INR 150000 after successful
completion of your probation period in accordance with the company's payroll procedures .
as noted below: -
Salary of INR 150000 per annum provided @ 12500 per month basis.
Your renumeration will be subject to review after 12 months of employment confirmation.

Probation – The first 3 months of your employment will be considered as Probation period. During the
probation period, either party will observe the other and may terminate the employment by giving notice;
but without the need to provide explanation. You will be confirmed after satisfactory performance and
conduct during the probation period.
Service Agreement – By virtue of the employment, the Company is investing with employee in
training & evolving his/her skills set. If the employee considers extending employment beyond the probation
period, the Company expects that employee shall serve the Company faith fully and diligently for a sustained
period of 12 months thereafter. Based on this, Company shall form understanding with its client for continued
availability of team members as well. Also, Company has provided for probation period to employee to
evaluate if company Is suitable based on employee considerations & his/her judgments. Considering this, if the
employee were to breach this agreement by leaving the services of the company within 36 months after
probation period for any reason whatsoever, he/she shall pay to the company by way of liquidated damages a
sum of Rs 50,000/- (Rs. Fifty Thousand Only). If the payment is not made, the Company is entitled to sue the
employee for breach of contract. The Company doesn't want to use the funds and would rather donate the same
for charity purposes.
Policy –. You will be bound by any rules & regulations enforced by the company in relation to terms and
conditions of employment and the company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of
employment and its HR policies and procedures at any time.
You would be allowed to take leaves as per Company's Annual Leave Policy
You will be entitled to participate in all health insurance, personal accident insurance. vacation,
ESOP and any other Employee Benefit Programs. Descriptions of these programs will be issued
to you during your employment
Confidentiality & Agreement – Your salary details are confidential, failure to keep them so will
invite disciplinary actions and may even result in termination of your services.
You will be required to sign an Employee Inventions and Proprietary Rights Assignment Agreement as
a condition of your employment. This letter, along with any agreements relating to proprietary rights
between you and the Company, set forth the terms of your employment with the Company and supersede
any prior representations or agreements, whether written or oral. This letter may not be modified or
amended except by a written agreement, signed by the Company and you
Please note that as a prerequisite to your appointment, you will be required to sign confidentiality,
non-competition and assignment of Intellectual property right undertaking/agreement, whose terms and
conditions shall be in accordance with this offer and MAP Quality Solutions policy & procedures.
Place of work - Your normal workplace will be at MAP Quality Solutions. As a part of employment, you
may have to undertake national or International travel. You will be entitled to reimbursement of expenses
and allowances as per standard company policies at the time your travel.
This offer letter is subject to satisfactory background/reference check and verification of your academic &
employment records. You will be required to submit following documents with self- signatures (please carry the
originals for verification on date of joining)
Qualification certificates
Identification (passport, License etc)
4 passport size photographs
If applicable, copy of experience &t relieving letters from previous employers
If available, photocopy of PAN card
To indicate your acceptance of this offer, please sign and date this letter in the space provided below and return
it to us. This offer is contingent to your joining organization within 10 calendar days of communication, beyond
which it will be company's prerogative to extend the offer.
