 payment of Biometric Fees;
 collection of Biometrics; or,
 submission of additional documents.

We understand that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, you may have experienced some delays to comply
with our request. However, as our office is now ready to proceed with the processing of your application,
you are strongly encouraged to complete the requirements at your earliest convenience. Your
application will not be processed if you do not complete/submit the required information or
documents.

-If you are required to pay biometric fees, you may make your payment online via the IRCC application
fees website at https://eservices.cic.gc.ca/epay/welcome.do?lang=en. Once you upload your receipt to
your IRCC myAccount, you will receive further instructions on when and how to give your biometrics.

-If you have received a request and instructions on providing your biometrics, please book an
appointment and proceed to a nearby Visa Application Centre (VAC) in your area. To find location of a
VAC close to you and book an appointment, please visit:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/vac.asp

-If you have received a request for additional information or documents for your application, please
respond and provide the required documents as soon as possible. Once we received the required
supporting documents, we will continue to process your application.

You may ignore this message if you have already complied with the above requests.

Alternatively, if you no longer wish to proceed with your application, you can notify our office of your
intention to withdraw.
