    The 3rd grade class is planning a field trip to a museum and restaurant. All permission slips and $10 for the trip are due by Wednesday, February 15th. The trip will include a tour of the museum and lunch at the Spaghetti Factory. Parents will not be able to attend. Donations are requested to help support the cost of the trip. Students have also received login information to access an online learning program called Success Maker at home to boost reading skills. Teachers are requiring signed notes be returned for any unsatisfactory graded assignments or missing work. Several students scored 100% on a recent personal information test.

    Upcoming Field Trip


    All permission slips and money are due by Wednesday, February 15th. NO EXCEPTIONS We will be touring the Museum then going to the Spaghetti Factory for lunch. The cost for this trip will be $10. This includes bus fare, admission to the museum, and lunch at the Spaghetti Factory. Due to tour size at the Frazier and seating capacity at the Spaghetti Factory, parents will not be permitted to join us on this trip. Any donations to support this trip are greatly appreciated. Our fee waiver account is almost depleted. If we do not have enough students contribute to the cost of this trip, we will have to cancel. Please send in money and permission slips by Wednesday.

    Success Maker
    Success Maker usernames and passwords went home last Monday. Utilizing Success Maker at home is an excellent way to boost your childs skills in Reading. If you need assistance on how to access Success Maker at home, please contact your childs homeroom teacher.

    Graded Work
    We are requiring that any graded assignment with an unsatisfactory grade be signed and returned to school.

    Please check engrade.com frequently to view your students grades as well as to see missing assignments. It is very difficult for a student to catch up at the end of the grading period. If you have difficulty signing in, please contact your students homeroom teacher.

    Written Notices
    We have started implementing Zero Cards along with our Behavior Cards. Anytime your student does not turn in an assignment or is not participating in class, he/she will receive a Zero Card. It is required that Zero Cards are signed and returned, just like Behavior Cards. Students who do not return the written notices will have a loss of all privileges until the card is returned. Students with 5 written notices (Behavior Cards and Zero Cards) will not be permitted to go on our next field trip.
