Commons Objections:

1. That price seems high.


Answer- I completely understand how you feel. Actually, a lot of
customers have felt the same exact way. But what we have found is
that this price is inexpensive when thinking of the quality of services.
We also have slightly higher prices because we aren’t locking you into
a contract. You have freedom with Spectrum. For example some
companies lock you into a long term 3 year contract and the buy-out
for that contract can be over $500. Spectrum believes in their product,
reliability, and customer service which is why they won’t lock you into
some contract. So let’s get you set-up! So who is going to be the main
contact for the account?

2. I need to think about it.


Answer - If you don’t mind me asking, what is there to think about?
[After they answer]. I completely understand how you feel. This is a
promotional price, and there’s no contract or anything. Spectrum is
the most reliable internet provider in the country, and offers the fastest
speeds, and with this promotion you’re getting it at the lowest cost,
without any long term contract. So we would love to get you set up
quickly, to avoid you missing out on the promotion. Let’s just submit
the order and get the ball rolling.
3. I won’t sign until I know for a fact that I am serviceable.
Answer – I completely understand your concern. However, the only
way we can get a tech out there to check the status of your lines,
would be to submit the order. If it comes back as non-serviceable then
the order is null and void... But, if it does come back as serviceable,
then all we have to do is proceed to installation, making the process
that much quicker. Can we proceed to get the site survey scheduled?

4. I’ve had an issue with Spectrum in the past.


Answer – What was the problem? I’m sorry to hear that. My team and I
are not in the business of selling and forgetting about you. My
manager will reach out to you after the sale, and you will have a direct
contact that you can reach out to anytime to make sure you never
deal with that again. We’ve made a ton of improvements to our
infrastructure, and we believe in the reliability of our services which is
why we don’t lock you into any contracts. Can we proceed with the
order? – If this happens send the info to the Channel manager
so he can reach out.
5. I’m currently in Contract with my current provider.
Answer – That’s fine Spectrum will pay up to $500 of your termination
fee. So after you sign up you send over the last invoice to Spectrum
with the termination fee, and they’ll provide you with up to a $500
check. Can we move forward with the order?

6. I’m currently in Contract with my current provider.
