Dear Prime Minister Narendra Modi,

I am writing to urgently bring to your attention issues with my PM Kisan Samman Nidhi payments. Despite my continuous efforts, the payment process has been hindered due to errors in the system. Below are the details:

Beneficiary Details:

Application ID: UP306622079


Beneficiary Name: VINAY KUMAR
Aadhaar Number: XXXXXXXX3969

Errors Noted:

1. First Registration (Feb 9, 2024): Rejected due to error CBE0061 (UID NEVER ENABLE FOR DBT).
2. Second Registration (Jul 10, 2024): Validated but with incomplete details.

Payment Details:

Installment 1 & 2: Rejected due to error CPE0037 (UID does not belong to beneficiary UID from beneficiary file).

Requested Actions:

1. Correction of UID and Bank Details: Please ensure Aadhaar and bank details are correctly mapped to avoid further rejections.
2. Processing of Pending Installments: Expedite the processing of all pending installments once corrections are made.

Additionally, I am appealing against the response from the Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare (File No. 10-112022-FWS) concerning my RTI applications (Registration Numbers: DOA&C/R/E/24/00921 and DOA&C/R/E/24/00940). The
response did not address:

1. A clear timeline for the release of pending installments.


2. An explanation for the delay in processing the Fund Transfer Orders (FTOs).
3. Confirmation of whether all 17 FTOs have been generated and are awaiting disbursement.

As the sole breadwinner of my family, the delay in these payments has caused significant financial stress. I kindly request your intervention to review my case and provide:

1. The expected date for the pending installments to be credited.


2. An explanation for the delay in FTO processing.
3. Assurance that all 17 pending FTOs will be processed and released promptly.
