EXTRA DEVELOPMENT WORKS :-

2. Parapet Wall height will be 3’0" from plinth Rate -130/- per square feet
3. Main Gate Should be paid if it is not coming under Built up area.
4. Open Area Muroom filling , Base concrete & Tiles Rate 180/- per Sq.ft.
5. Septic Tank ( brick work) Rate 8/- per Ltr .
6. Water Tank (R.C.C) Rate 16/- per Ltr .
7. Extra False treatment & Projections in Elevation should be paid by the Client , Rate = 500/-
per sq.ft.
8. Pergola Construction in terrace counted extra rate , Rate = 1000/- per sq.ft.
9. Window height will be 4'0" from sill lvl, For Full heighted window Diffrence amount should
be paid by client.

NOTE:-

1. Electric meter, meter boards complete fittings and water boring charges ( with
submersiblepump ) shall be borne by owner.

2. Any extra work around this specification and cost of extra works payment should be
doneby owner separately during the time of work.

3. For construction of house water arrangement & temporary meter connection charge will
beborne by owner.
