Head of Sciences Department
Supervise other members of the department on lesson delivery, amount of
written work and a follow-up schedule on class attendance registers. Design
and present comprehensive school syllabi and termly supervision schedule
which inculcates collaborative work, ensuring that each member of the
department is able to retain and understand the activities of the term.
Incorporate various technologies in the department including Overhead
Projector, Quantam Geographical Information Systems to keep members up
to date with the twenty- first century technological advancements. Conduct
departmental meetings to discuss issues affecting learners and facilitators so
as to proffer possible solutions. Produce a departmental file that houses
member timetables, result analysis reports and asset management registers.
