“A RESOLUTION TO COMMIT ANNUAL FINANCIAL SUPPORT AMOUNTING TO


TEN-THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PHP 10,000.00) FOR THE OPERATION AND
MAINTENANCE OF THE COMPLETED SUB-PROJECT “INSTALLATION OF PUBLIC
AUDIO SYSTEM” IMPLEMENTED BY KALAHI-CIDSS NCDDP ADDITIONAL
FINANCING USING DROM RESPONSE FOR COVID-19 IN BARANGAY LAWIGAN,
TUBAY, AGUSAN DEL NORTE”

WHEREAS, the Barangay Lawigan is a recipient of KALAHI


Comprehensive and Integrated Delivery of Social Services-
National Community-Driven Development Program: Additional
Financing (KC-NCDDP: AF) implemented under the Department of
Social Welfare and Development (DSWD);

WHEREAS, the Barangay Lawigan recognizes the importance of


participatory, inclusiveness, transparency and accountability in
the facilitation of social processes in KALAHI-CIDSS National
Community-Driven Development Program: Additional Financing and
even in the COVID-19 response through the Disaster Response
Operation Modality (DROM) using the Modified CEAC;

WHEREAS, Barangay Lawigan, Tubay, Agusan del Norte successfully


implemented the sub-project INSTALLATION OF PUBLIC AUDIO SYSTEM as
augmentation in response to Covid-19;

WHEREAS, as support to the completed sub-project of DSWD KC-


NCDDP: AF, BLGU of Lawigan will provide a yearly Operation and
Maintenance Fund for the INSTALLATION OF PUBLIC AUDIO SYSTEM sub-
project amounting to TEN THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PHP. 10,000.00);
NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Rene G. Capon and duly seconded by
body, approving the RESOLUTION TO COMMIT ANNUAL FINANCIAL SUPPORT
AMOUNTING TO TEN THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PHP 10,000.00) FOR THE
OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE COMPLETED SUB-PROJECT
“INSTALLATION OF PUBLIC AUDIO SYSTEM” IMPLEMENTED BY KALAHI-CIDSS
NCDDP ADDITIONAL FINANCING USING DROM RESPONSE FOR COVID-19 IN
BARANGAY LAWIGAN, TUBAY, AGUSAN DEL NORTE”

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution will be


submitted to the office of DSWD CARAGA and other parties
concerned as important document in the facilitation of all the
processes under KC-NCDDP-AF.
