Statutory Compliances

 Timely submission/renewals of various Forms & Returns under various statutes


within stipulated time period.
 Maintaining Records & registers as per statutory norms under various statutes.
 Ensuring timely submission of Forms & Returns of Contractors to the concerned
authorities.
 Inspecting the statutory records of the contractors on periodical basis.
 Carry out inspection process of ESIC, PF, Bonus & Contract Labor act etc.
 Making the immediate compliance of any query raised by the authority concerned.

Liaison

 Maintain harmonious relations with Concerned Government and as well as Private


organization concerned with all regions Project.
 Liaison with DM/Collectrate,SDM/SDO, Weight & Measurement Dept., Civil Court,
Provident Fund Office, ESIC Office, Press & Labour Court, MCD, NDMC,DDA
registration for land/ property and Police Dept. to settle cases and to get
permissions/affiliates. Good and healthy relations were maintained with local
Politicians and Beaurocrates.

Site Administration and Welfare Activity

 Arrangement of Security, Vehicle, Guest House, Site accommodation, labour


hutment, Mess/Canteen, Water, light etc at project site .
 Follow up maintenance and Other Administrative work related to office
administration.
 Checking of hygienic conditions of canteens & the staff.

Recruitment and Selection

 Involved in recruitment cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources for
different positions in the organization after identification of manpower
requirement.
 Coordination with leading placement consultants to source the talent pool.
 Sourcing through Employee referral and job portals.

 CTC Negotiation with candidate and offer the CTC under company policy.
 To get prepared sanction sheet of staff & workmen in Consultation with the head
of the departments.
 After receiving the application scrutiny thereof and arrangement and conduct of
interview.

Performance Appraisal

 Initiating the appraisal process by preparations & dispatching appraisal forms to


respective departments.
 Calculating annual performance ratings based on the scores assigned by various HOD’s.
 Preparing annual promotion list based on recommendations of H.O.D’s and
company promotion guidelines of the corporate Office.
 Preparing a list of annual performance ratings and forwarding the same to the
Accounts Department for crediting the annual incentive to respective employees.

Training & Development

 Formulation & Implementation of Training programme for every position in


organization.
 Preparation of training calendar and co-ordination with functional head for specific
training.
 Implementation of on job training, Skill gap identification and Train the Trainer.
 Analysis of training feedback report and circulate the observation among team
leaders and heads.

Employee Engagement & Company Discipline

 Maintaining discipline in organization with code of conduct.


 Arrange employee welfare program as picnic with family, birthday celebration,
Employee son/daughter educational achievements award. Sports and game.
 Arrange different Games (Football, cricket) among different division’s teams to
enhance team spirit and energy.

 Conduct Exit interviews, Full & final calculations as per law, issue of
reliving/experience certificate. etc.

Academic Qualifications
Executive MBA in Human Resources from Meerut University.
Masters in computer science (MSC) from Rohtak University.
Graduation from Agra University.

IT Skills

Worked on various Payroll & ERPs for handling payroll and tracking of attendance and
recruitments. Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point).
