1. A Whatsapp is to be created with the
organisers with the team IGLs. Information like match timings, map for that respective week, informing them(before 30 minutes of commencing the match) to join the TEC valorant vc with their teams. 2. After they join the Valorant vc, start with the first verification process, which consists of you asking them their full name, riot id with hashtag and their college id. For pairs, one person is responsible for one team. For a single spectator, that one person is responsible for verifying both teams. For eg: A and B are spectators, teams are Cat and Mice. So A will conduct verification of team Cat, similarly B will do the verification of team Mice. Also it shall be done in separate voice channels. Try to finish the verification process in 10-15 minutes. 3.After this is done, the toss shall be done. For this, ask the IGLs to choose between heads and tails. Stream the coin toss, let them choose the sides. For example, team Cat has won the toss and they choose attack then you need to write which team has chosen what in the Valorant text channel to avoid confusion. 4.After you’re done with the first verification process, give them the party code in the Valorant text channel. Make sure they have joined the party, then ask them to leave the vc. 5.Now that they’ve joined the custom game begin the second verification process. For this, you just need to ask them their names. This should take around 2-4 minutes. 6.While one person is verifying, the other spectator shall set the map, server, mode, options, and tick the white box: Maps: 1st week is Haven 2nd week is Sunset 3rd week is Abyss 4th week is Bind 5th week Icebox 6th week is Icebox. Server: Mumbai
Mode: Standard

7.After you’re done with the in-game
verification and options, tell them that you’re ready to begin the match and ask them to leave the custom game party AFTER the match begins. Once the game begins and you observe that they still haven’t left the party, you can kick them out from the party. 8. Make sure the sides are correct and see that the players are not sitting in the coach slots or observer slots. See that only the correct players are present in the game. 9. If the players are using slurs, issue a warning to them and keep a note about it. 10. Whenever they ask for a technical timeout, ask both teams if they’re ready to play. DO NOT issue a time out in the middle of the round, it is always to be given in the buy phase. 11. If the players are causing trouble, try to resolve it peacefully and let the seniors know.
