First of all, many people can now communicate by email and text messages. This
means that they can communicate instantly over great distances at any time of night or
day. As a result, we can give and receive information including images and documents
in an instant.
On the other hand, this new ease of communication through technology has a
dangerous element. For example, sharing too much information can invite criminals
and predators to take advantage. Consequently, we should take care what information
we share and with whom.
All in all, technology has made it easier for us to keep in touch with our friends
and family and communicate with people who share same interests. If we are careful
who we communicate with, I believe technology helps us communicate fast.
Question 2 - Article
Are you one of those people who turn on the TV or your computer first thing in
the morning? Then, you are probably just like me. I would find it extremely difficult not
to have a computer or television even for a month, but I would get used to it in the end.
Apart from that, not being glued to a screen for many hours during the day would give
me the chance to go out and do something. I could meet up with my friends instead of
chatting with them online. I could also go to the cinema more often.
Overall, I could indeed live without my television or computer for a month. The
thing is, I am not really sure I would want to!
