Flash
Flash is a graphics program based on the movement, the term Animation means
breathe life or movement in something, and we divide the movement in Flash
into two basic types:
2 - Tweened Animation
The Tween is derived from the word Between This means the movement
between frames means change the object from state A to state B between two
specific frames,
Motion Tween.
Shape Tween.

2. Draw a Moving Rectangular spiral shape by using Frame-by-Frame Animation :-
Now you can see a single Layer called "Layer1" in your timeline Window.
Select the first ten frames by dragging the mouse around frame 10 and then
right-click your mouse and select Convert to blank keyframes)
Move to next frame and draw a line over the first line with add another line
perpendicular to the first line (press the Shift key while drawing), then move
to the frame No. 3 and draw the previous figure, and then add another vertical
line, and so on..
In the end you will get on a moving spiral shape as in the following image:

Now press (Ctrl+Enter) to view your work.

Move to next frame press F7 and draw another cartoon.
Then move to the frame No. 3 press F7 and draw the previous cartoon,
and then add another cartoon, and so on..
In the end you will get on a moving cartoon as in the following image:

In the First Layer "Layer1" draw the stickman as shown below.
In the end you will get on a running stickman as in the following image:
