There are main seven CHAKRAS virtually located in the body which are
situated at Seven Endocrine Glands.There are 72000 Nadis, linked with the
CHAKRAS. These Nadis carry Energy to all parts of the Body.
Normally all these CHAKRAS are secreting Hormones in their natural ways
and keeping all parts of the body HEALTHY in their Territorial Area as per

When these CHAKRAS are not working in their Natural ways i.e. secreting
more, less or not secreting hormones because of many reasons, the
respective organs of the body are affected and not functioning as per their
natural performance to whom we are calling that those parts of body are
affected with Disease.

*2. Apply Miraculous Water Therapy* (Be careful to read and follow

It will remove Toxins on daily bases from your Body entering by Air, Food
and Water. Also it will awake Self-Healing Power of the Body.
*4. Daily eat the following food* which are having following all six nos. of
Tests. i.e..
1.Sweet
2.Sour
3.Punjant (Chilly Test )
4.Salty
5.Astringent and
6.Bitter
When these all tests are imbalanced in the Body the Diseases start entering
in the body.
Eat the food as per the requirements of the body as per above and not as
per the Mental Wishes.
Also eat the food which you can digest easily. Really speaking the food is
not
helpful to you at all which have eaten but not Digested properly in your
body. On the contrary it is creating many Health Problem.
After the age of 40 Years, 40% of your daily food should contain, Raw
Salad like Tomato, Onion, Reddish, Cucumber, Cabbies, Carrot, Leaf of
Cabbies, Leaf of Palak, Leaf of Methi (Fenu Greek ), Leaf of flower cabbies,
Bit etc. which is suiting to your Body.

*5. Eat the quantity of food* in such a way that Stomach should be filled
with food 50%, with water 25% and Empty 25% to churn the food well for
Digestion.
*7. Chew the food 36 to 40 times* in Mouth by all grinding teeth and
swallow into stomach only when food is in Liquid form.
While grinding the food in
mouth with all grinding teeth you have to close your mouth so that air
should not enter in the mouth. If you are talking too much while
eating, the Enzymes secreted by Saliva Gland will get Diluted with Air and
the process of Digestion of CARBOHYDRATES in the mouth will get
Deteriorated and when undigested CARBOHYDRATE will go in stomach and
you will become victims of ACIDITY AND GAS which will lead you suffer
many other Diseases. Also know
the fact that when you have taken 25 grams of food in your mouth and
chewing it 36 to 40 times, the quantity of 25 grams food is converted into
quantity of 50 grams after mixing of All Enzymes of Saliva Gland. So
automatically your food intake is reduced to 50
percentage. This system of eating food is controlling your weight also. At
the same time when you are not chewing the food as above you will get a
lot of problems of Gas and Acidity INDIGESTION in your
BODY as said earlier.
Also note carefully that your mind (chit) should be always engage in
process of EATING. Please do not think for any other thing except eating.
*8. Please note that your daily food should be of 80% Alkaline Food and
20% of Acidic Food.*
Because our Digestion System is designed to digest the food of above ratio
only.
AS SOON AS THE % OF ACIDIC FOOD INCREASES MORE THAN 20%, IT IS

DIGESTION OVER A PERIOD OF TIME.

In *Non-Vegetarian Food*, Yolk of Eggs is highly Acidic with all kinds of
meat.
In *Milk Products*, Cheese is the Highest Acidic and Butter is the Lowest
Acidic.
Tea, Coffee, Fried Preparation, Idli, Dosa are all Acidic hence they
should be used in Moderation.
Rice, Dal, Curry, Khichdi, Bhakhris which comprise the usual evening
meal are also Acidic.
We have to maintain a balance between the Acid and Alkalis in the body by
a judicious combination of various unprocceced
cereals.
For keeping Diseases at bay, early morning a glass of water with Lemon
Juice is Good.
Pulses may be avoided as they are highly Acidic.We should eat when
we are Really Hungry.We should not eat when we are under Physical or
Mental Tension. Eating during this condition the secretion of the Digestive
juices will not be Adequate.
*9. Please include Food having Fibres in your Daily Foods* like Fruit,
Vegetables, Unrefined grains, Soyabin.
Also try to perform your day to day work (yoga-exercise, breath observation,
dhyana-meditation) with a Pleasure and not With Burden.

*18. Please daily observe your stool* in the toilet and see that it is floating
in water or not.
Floating of stool indicates that your Digestion System is o.k. If it is not
floating that indicate that you have eaten very fast and food is not chewed
36 to 40 times which is utmost necessary. It also indicates other reason
that some Digestion organs are not working properly.

*21. Please ensure that you should not drink the water while eating the
food* and do not eat food while you are drinking the water.
*22. Please do not eat any food and do not drink any liquid when you are in
STANDING POSITION.* Always Eat Food and Drink Water in Sitting Position
Only.
If You are not following this Rule, You will face a lot of Problems of Health
in FUTURE.
*23. We should start giving GOOD GARBH SANSKAR* DURING
PREGANANCY to each and every women as a part of human responsibility.
New generation BORN with GARBH SANSKAR will be having Amazing
Human potential quality.
*25. And finally know that When UNEQUALNESS OF THREE DOSH* i.e.
PITTA, VAYU AND CUFF are taking place in body, the person is becoming
victim of any DISEASE.
Also you can control Three Dosha by daily eating balanced food of
Carbohydrates, Proteins, Vitamins, Minerals and Fats.
Three Dosha Vayu, Pitta and Cuff are becoming unbalanced in Body when
ACIDITY and GAS are taking place in Stomach because of not chewing
food 35 to 40 times in Mouth.
When these two things are mixing in Blood all Three Dosha are becoming
Unequal in body which is causing Diseases in the Body.
Therefore as stated previously in this Article that your daily food intake
should be 80% of Alkaline and only 20% of Acidic.
It is universal law that whatever you are giving to others that will come back
with interest to you.
If you are giving happiness to others happiness will come back to you with
interest that means you will get more happiness than what you have given
to others.
And if you are making other unhappy by your behaviour you will get more
unhappiness in your life.
In short, if you wish happiness in your life make other people happy first.
2. Please consider that whole world is form of GOD. Your any act in your life
