*5. Eat the quantity of food* in such a way that Stomach should be filled
with food 50%, with water 25% and Empty 25% to churn the food well for
Digestion.

*6 Eat when you are really Hungry*.


If you are not hungry and eating something, it will act for creating many
Health Problems for your Body. You should be able to judge REAL HUNGER.
Real Hunger is a demand of food required by cells which called Cellular
Hunger and not the demand of food by your thoughts/wishes or tongue.

*7. Chew the food 36 to 40 times* in Mouth by all grinding teeth and
swallow into stomach only when food is in Liquid form.
While grinding the food in
mouth with all grinding teeth you have to close your mouth so that air
should not enter in the mouth. If you are talking too much while
eating, the Enzymes secreted by Saliva Gland will get Diluted with Air and
the process of Digestion of CARBOHYDRATES in the mouth will get
Deteriorated and when undigested CARBOHYDRATE will go in stomach and
you will become victims of ACIDITY AND GAS which will lead you suffer
many other Diseases. Also know
the fact that when you have taken 25 grams of food in your mouth and
chewing it 36 to 40 times, the quantity of 25 grams food is converted into
quantity of 50 grams after mixing of All Enzymes of Saliva Gland. So
automatically your food intake is reduced to 50
percentage. This system of eating food is controlling your weight also. At
the same time when you are not chewing the food as above you will get a

should be used in Moderation.

Rice, Dal, Curry, Khichdi, Bhakhris which comprise the usual evening
meal are also Acidic.

Hence, soups of vegetables are to be introduced in everyday meals.

We have to maintain a balance between the Acid and Alkalis in the body by
a judicious combination of various unprocceced
cereals.

For keeping Diseases at bay, early morning a glass of water with Lemon
Juice is Good.

in water or not.
Floating of stool indicates that your Digestion System is o.k. If it is not
