CRT- Trainingl 2025 Update
Skill enhancement: Ensuring students receive the best skill sets to have a
better transition from campus to corporate.
Employability skills: To increase their employability value to ensure
success in their future endeavors.
Skilled Professionals: To help students not just pass out as graduate but
skilled professionals.
As per the study in this market, it clearly brings to the forefront the need of skills
enhancement in the youth of the nation today. Gone are the days when securing good
marks is all you needed to get a good job. Corporates have understood that although the
students may have gained some subject knowledge, but the application part along with
some basic soft skills are completely missing in these students. Hence, corporates have
come up with proper recruitment processes that will filter out the candidates that
possess the skill-sets the company requires. They are checking nothing but the
employability of the students, which sadly it is quite low in our nation.
Without proper training and education regarding these skills, the students may face
higher outcomes of rejection than what we hope for. This may also result in the students
settling for jobs that offer subpar profiles and lower incomes. Our students have a right
to better jobs and basic skill-sets which can be provided to them through these courses.
These skill-sets should not be the barrier between them and a potential job opportunity.
Employability skills is the need of the hour and we should aim to enhance it with these
courses.
