JOB DESCRIPTION
SUPERVISOR E&I
□ Planning and Organizing all daily activities
□ Responsible for all Autoclave High Pressure and Compression Tubing
□ Instruct Technician to install Autoclave High Pressure and Compression Tubing as per
Drawing & Procedures
□ Instruct Technician to install Cable Tray and Cable Ladder as per Drawing & Procedures
□ Support Technician for material, drawing, etc.
□ Report daily activities and progress to Project Manager as per actual
FOREMAN E&I
□ Planning and organizing daily activities, ensuring all necessary permits to maximize the
effectiveness of construction delivery to time, budget and quality objectives.
□ Monitor and review construction related documentation to support timely construction
installation and completion.
□ Enhance and demonstrate commitment to raising HSE standards and proposing new
improvements.
□ Monitor and review construction related documentation originated by the EPC Contractors.
□ Assist in the resolution of technical queries arising at site and assist in the resolution of field
construction queries interfacing with engineering and completions.
□ Accountable for Autoclave High Pressure and Compression Tubing, providing guidance to
technicians on proper installation as per procedures and drawings.
E&I MECHANICAL COMPLETION
□ Conduct inspections of electrical systems, Instrumentation equipment and related installations
to verify compliance with design drawings and specifications.
□ Review and interpret engineering documents, including electrical drawings, instrument
drawings, schematics and specifications
□ Identify non-conformities and document them appropriately, recommending necessary
corrective actions.
□ Conducting visual inspections of tubing and fittings at the site.
□ Perform inspections on various field instruments, including transmitters, analog instruments
and control valves to verify compliance with engineering drawings.
□ Inspect F&G equipment such as gas detectors, manual alarm call points, heat detectors and
alarm beacons to ensure proper type, location and installation as per project specifications.
□ Conduct tubing testing and cable testing, including insulation and continuity testing in
accordance with procedures.
INSTRUMENT TUBING FITTER
□ Bending tubing based on drawing and project specification.
□ Coning & threading tubing using Autoclave Coning & Threading Machine Tool.
□ Perform Flushing, Pressure Test & Hydrotest.
□ Report to supervisor for all activities & complete progress every day.
□ Analyzing working area to make sure safety working before or after process.
□ Familiar all tools system, leak test, Perform Flushing and Hydrotest (Gas booster, Hydrotest
equipment, Etc)
E&I TECHNICIAN
□ Prepare drawing schedule and check tools to work
□ Line check and merger test cable before pulling activities
□ Gladding and termination activities on Panels, Junction box, equipment
□ Completed Punch list and repair all equipment
□ Make Daily report and give to Leader
