I affirm that her travel to Thailand solely for vacation purposes, she will not seek employment and she will not be liable to any public nuisance and immigration offenses both in Philippines and Thailand. I further declare that she will be staying at my residence. I take full responsibility for her stay and maintenance while she is in Thailand and will her for her return to Manila.
