manufacturing of CNC Turning Centers, Twin Spindle, Vertical Machining Centers,
Horizontal Machining Centers, Cylindrical Grinder, Vertical Turning Lathe, Turn
Mill Centers also Multi Tasking 5-axis along with sub spindle. During this short
span Macpower has been the fastest growing CNC machines manufacturing
company of India.

The company Founded by Mr. Rupesh Mehta, who has over 25 years experience in
machine tool industry, has helped company to grow in these years in leaps and
bounces.

Over the period Macpower CNC has developed very strong technical ability and
adapted latest & most efficient production and management practice.

Manufacturing process @ MACPOWER is mainly focused on following areas

Adhering to best workshop practices to deliver the quality product in time.

Dividing the assembly process in steps to have focused work culture and
worker expertise.
Keeping the machining process in house to ensure the best quality.
Using proper instruments and fixtures.
Maintaining various reports for quality machine at the end of process.
Assembly of machining centers are centralized at one location with
dedicated team looking at the process requirements during assembly of
machine.

MANUFACTURING PROCESSES

Individual work stations are provided to all the workers.

Each workers has to fill in the various internal assembly reports during the
process which will be assimilated in the final documentation file of that
machine.

Descriptions of checking procedures are made available in local language

for better understanding and ease for workers.

Regular up gradation of worker skills are ensured by specialized training

and cross functional teams for knowledge sharing.

QUALITY CONTROL OPERATIONS

QC department is continuously involved at various stages of machine

production.

All the incoming parts from vendors has strictly to pass through the QC check
before issued for assembly from stores.

Various inspection procedures are adapted based on the type of part and
suitable instruments are used for the same.

All the instruments are calibrated on regular intervals to guarantee the

accuracy of inspection.

We are in process of inducting more sophisticated quality instruments to

strengthen the capabilities.

APPLICATION DEPARTMENT

Machine trials at various stages of assembly is

carried out by application team.

All the machine geometrical specifications are

checked and ensured by application department.

Machine is put under dry run test for

minimum of 12 hrs with all the functions
enabled.

Final NAS test and customer job trials are

carried out by application executives.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

All the machines are handed over to quality assurance department after
final assembly and application clearance in ready to dispatch condition.

The QA team inspects and operates the machine as per the third party
concept and gives its clearance for final packing and dispatch.

The machine has to pass through full geometrical test cycle in case if it is
rejected by QA for any reason before coming back for reassurance.

QA department is continuously updated by sales and service departments

for indirect inspection for regular updation in machine check points.
