UNIVERSITY. •SECOND, THE COLLEGE STUDENTS THAT ARE TAKING UP A COLLEGE PROGRAM THAT IS IN-LINE WITH THE TOPIC OF THIS RESEARCH. •IN ADDITION, THE PEOPLE WHO ARE PLANNING TO OPEN A BUSINESS. THIS STUDY WILL SERVE AS THEIR GUIDE AND BLUEPRINT AND MAY BRING INFLUENCE IN MAKING DECISIONS REGARDING THEIR CAPITAL AND BUDGETING AS WELL.
