    Can be good (positive) or bad (negative) in our personal and


    work life..

     Exercise
     Logging all working hours correctly and on time..
     Proactive reporting
     Constructive challenge

     Cut and paste in documents


     Not adhering to process (PCRA, tagging of HASP)
     Poor quality documents (DRA, no risk assessment)
     Working longer and longer hours

    Impact on Safety
    Fatigue and its affects on
    The quality of the work provided from GEC is unquestionable and every wellbeing, quality of output;
    individual demonstrates their continuous high level of responsibility and
    long term impact on people
    commitment towards the project, however, it's been shown during IDRs that
    they stay outside of core hours to deliver. This is time they stop seeing their
    in Arcadis as well as
    families and procuring a healthy equilibrium. The business should ensure delivery
    that no IDR demands anyone to act in such a way and the 12 hours door to
    door principle should be maintained.

    The problem was immediately raised with the team leads and escalated to
    the CRE who acknowledged the problem. It has not happened ever since

    Next steps
     Stop, Pause, Reflect – as an individual, a team and/or a project..
     Review HASP, Project Documentation, Design Risk Assessments.. They need to be specific-
    it not only helps Arcadis during the work but also is a line of defence..
     Ask for help..
     Be the positive change.. We have Safety Stewardship and the principle of “If Not Me then
    Who?”
