• Certificates of Completion for participants with
complete attendance for 10 hours and submission
of ALL training requirements:

2. Re-entry Plan (Day 2)
3. Trainers Evaluation Form (Day 1 & 2)
4. General Evaluation Form (Day 2)
• In cases of emergencies, always inform the
training staff when you need to leave. You may

Additional House Rules: Webcam
• Please share your webcam for the WHOLE
DURATION of the training.
• When participants cannot be seen on the webcam

for more than 10 minutes, they will be contacted by
the co-hosts

Course Objectives:
At the end of the course, participants will be able to:
• explain the importance of OSH, national OSH data,

legislations and state legal basis of OSH;
• define and discuss the general concepts of OSH towards
effective OSH implementation in the workplace;
• identify safety and health hazards in their workplace and
their corresponding basic rules and control measures;
• perform risks/hazards assessment, evaluation and
recommend appropriate OCCUPATIONAL
control measure;
