All participants must complete the registration process before the specified deadline. Rules & Regulations: -
2. Ensure accurate and truthful information is provided during registration.
3. Participants must carry valid college identification cards. 4. Event-specific badges or passes should be prominently displayed at all times 5. Participants are expected to conduct themselves with respect and sportsmanship. 6. Any form of discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated. 7. Participants must arrive on time for their scheduled activities. 8. Latecomers may risk disqualification or point deductions. 9. Follow the specified guidelines regarding team size and composition for each activity. 10. Any changes to team members must be communicated and approved in advance. 11. Participants are responsible for bringing any required equipment or materials for their activities. 12. Shared equipment must be used responsibly, and any damage must be reported immediately. 13. Adhere to safety guidelines for each activity. 14.Report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to event organizers promptly. 15.All participants must adhere to the principles of fair play and honesty. 16. Cheating or any form of unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. 17. Participants must respect the event venue and its facilities. 18. Any damage to property will be the responsibility of the individual or team involved. 19. Follow instructions and decisions made by event officials and judges. 20. Disputes or concerns should be brought to the attention of the organizing committee. 21. The consumption of alcohol or illegal substances is strictly prohibited. 22. Participants found in violation will be disqualified. 23. Familiarize yourself with emergency procedures and exits beforehand. 24. Follow instructions in the event of an emergency . BUSINESS PLAN Rules & Regulations: - • Team must compromise of 3-4 members. • Team member must be from the same institute. • A participant can be part of only one team. • multiple team can participate from one institution. • Exceeding the time limit will lead to negative marking. • Participant have to get their ppt made beforehand. • ppt for business plan should be submitted a day before the event. • Team should reach 30 min before their performance time, the performer will be allowed inside the campus.

Extempore Competition Rules & Regulations: - •Time limit to present 2 minutes. •Topic will be provided on the spot. •Exceeding the time limit will lead to negative marking. •No use of electronic device, notes while delivering the speech. •Language for presenting is limited to English only , use of any other language will be fined through negative marking.

DIGIPOST MAKING Rules & Regulations: - • Time limit for presenting will be 5 minutes • Participant have to design digital poster depending upon there understanding about any topic of their own. • Exceeding the time limit will lead to negative marking. • Language for presentation is limited to english only, use of any other language will be fined through negative marking. • Digital poster should be submitted a day before the event. • Team should reach 30 min before their performance time, the performer will be allowed inside the campus.

Theme Play (Nukkad Natak Competition) Nukkad Natak is a display of passion; it goes beyond mere vocal strength. It's about delivering a compelling message that conveys a social impact. Bring forth your presence and make a meaningful difference. It's not just about being loud; it's about using your voice to resonate with a powerful message that can influence change. Rules and Regulations: - • Maximum (15 participants are allowed in a team) • Performance should not be more than 15 minutes • Performer should bring their own instruments • There will be only 1 performance and participants will be evaluated on the performance only. • 3 min will be given for preparations, language of performance will be hindi and English both only final judgement will be in the hand of jury. • Team should reach 30 min before their performance time, the performer will be allowed inside the campus. • TIME LIMIT FOR THE PERFORMANCE: 2 to 3 MINUTES. • Each participant will get 1 min for stage setup. • Exceeding the time limit will lead to negative marketing. • Participant need to carry their own props if needed • Performers have to reach the venue at least 30 minutes prior to the event for sound check. • Track should be submitted a day before the event.

• Time limit for the performance 2 -3 minutes. • Exceeding the time limit will lead to negative marking. • Participant have to carry their own instrument/ karaoke tracks if required. • Performer have to reach the venue at least 30 minutes prior to the event for the sound track. • Karaoke track should be submitted a day before the event.

Sports Event Cricket Competition Rules & Regulations: - • Team Composition: Each team compose of 11 players, where 10 will be playing and rest 1 will be on extra. • Overs: There will be 8 overs per side. • Bowlers: Each bowler can bowl max 2 overs. • Runners: No substitute runners are allowed. • Competition will be played with Green Tennis Bowl. • Bye/Leg Bye/Wide/No Ball/ Over Throws are applicable. • I – card of college is mandatory. • Prize – Certificate /Medals/Winner Trophy / Cash Price/Refreshments. • Fees: 1000 Kabaddi Competition Rules & Regulations: - • Team composition: There are 10 players in which 7 are playing the game & rest 3 are on extras. • Playing area: The game will be played on soft soil. • All the standard rules and regulation will be followed. • I – card of college is mandatory • Prize – Certificate /Medals/Winner Trophy / Cash Price/Refreshments. • Fees: 500 Volleyball Competition Rules & Regulations: - • Team Composition : Each Teams consist of 6 players at court of time and 2 will be extras. • All the standard rules & regulations will be followed. • Volley Ball matches will be played on Sythentic Court. • Separate Team for Boys & Girls. • I – card of college is mandatory. • Prize – Certificate /Medals/Winner Trophy / Cash Price/Refreshments. • Fees: 500 Tug of War Competition Rules & Regulations: - • Team Composition: There will be 8 players in a team. • Tug of war will be played Bare Footed. • Playing area: The game will be played on soft soil. • All the standard rules and regulation will be followed. • Separate Team for Boys & Girls. • Prize – Certificate /Medals/Winner Trophy / Cash Price/Refreshments • I – card of college is mandatory • Fees: 500
