will give each of the groups some puzzle pieces.
2. Each group should put the puzzle pieces together and
stick them on the board.

activity: either one comes up with an idea, sends a
message, and reacts to it.

Transactional communication model


● presents communication as a simultaneous activity
● senders and receivers - capable of both sending and
receiving messages anytime or at the same time

communicators influence their response to a particular
communication situation.
