Q: To what extent does gender
equality exist in the workplace?

From this research report, it is clear to


see that gender equality is a problem
that is really affecting Vietnam! I was
shocked to learn that women earn 3
million dong less than men (World Bank,
2024) and I hope this changes before I
start to work. This research has taught
me a lot about inequality in the
workplace but I am hopeful that the
solution I have provided can help
improve things in the future. I will also be
more respectful towards my mother
when she says she can not buy me
things in the future!
