Introducing basic draw commands
AutoCAD draw commands:

- Line: draws a straight line segment from one point to the next.
- Poly line: the pline command differs from the line command in that the
segments of the pline are connected. when using the line command, each
segment is its own object.
- Circle: creates a circle based on a center point and a radius.
- Arc: creates an arc based on a center point, start point, and endpoint.
- Polygon: creates a polygon based on a center point and number of sides.
- Rectangle: creates a rectangle based on two points.
- Ellipse: creates an ellipse based on two points that define the width and height
of the ellipse.
Introducing basic modify commands
Essential Commands of Modify Panel in AutoCAD

• Move (M+Enter)

• Rotate (RO+Enter)

• Copy (CO+Enter)

• Mirror (M+Enter)

• Stretch.

• Scale (SC+Enter)

• Trim (TR+Enter)

• Extend (EX+Enter)
Modify tools Perform operations such as erase, move, and trim on the objects in a
drawing. The most common of these tools are located on the Modify panel of the Home
tab.
