Medication Issue.
I was shorted a 30 day supply of medication, in August 2024. I was told the transfer of pharmacies wasn’t successful causing huge backups. This should have been handled back then. I realized PLL is a go between BI reps and patients. The BI rep was not cooperating. I was told my Jan 2025 payment would not be deducted, and I had to restart all over again. To date I’m out of my Jardiance and have been for 3 weeks. Team Montcreif was cordial but unsuccessful in my case. Have a new team not by my request. I would hope to stay with one team who knows me and my issues.
