Medication Issue.

I was shorted a 30 day supply of medication, in August 2024. I was told the transfer of pharmacies wasn’t successful causing huge backups. This should have been handled back then. I realized PLL is a go between BI reps and patients. The BI rep was not cooperating. I was told my Jan 2025 payment would not be deducted, and I had to restart all over again. To date I’m out of my Jardiance and have been for 3 weeks. Team Montcreif was cordial but unsuccessful in my case. Have a new team not by my request. I would hope to stay with one team who knows me and my issues.

Prescription Lifeline explains the process perfectly. The representatives are very friendly, helpful and extremely informed. Everything has gone according to plan so far. The savings are excellent!

Truly helpful and caring.

They have helped us get the documents in order for the several manufacturers who make our expensive meds. Every team we talk to help us with our issues and have saved us a lot of money since we are on a fixed income. Thank you.

Honest help for the customer.

I was totally at my wits end trying to find some sort of help with a very expensive prescription. This company helped walk me through the entire process with genuine personal help. The team leaders were very friendly and respectful. Every step of the process was throughly explained to me without any condescending tone at all. I felt like I was talking to a neighbor.
I cannot recommend this company enough.

Honest Help

These people do not slow poke around they give Excellent service and always listen to what you say. I speak honestly they are here to help. I can’t thank them enough.

My experience with taking ozempic has…

My experience with taking ozempic has been nothing but normal. Hardly any nausea, haven’t been constipated, but a couple bouts with the diarrhea. I could take it off faster, but I’ve been trying to teach myself as I’m on this that I can’t just depend on this ozempic to do all the work for me So I Have been taking it slower, but I’m nearly down to the weight that I need to be. My cholesterol Score did drop by 30 points.

Medicine Assistance

This is my first experience with Prescription Lifeline. Their customer service representatives are very friendly and assisted me with any questions I may have had about the company and filling out all the paperwork. I discovered them on the internet. So far, I am very pleased with them. Thanks.

These people are such a Godsend

These people are such a Godsend! We were so very pleased with everything they did to help us during this stressful time! Now my husband will be able to receive his medication for cancer treatment and it’s one less thing for us to worry about! Thank you all so very much! You have blessed us beyond our expectations!

Help with meds

I would not have my meds. If it was not foe Anna on my team. She was amazing and worked above and beyond to get my pills. She updated me every step. Very grateful.

Consistent and Outstanding Customer Service

Having this program has allowed me to be able to afford the medication I NEED ..and if i have to make a payment a day or so late they are always understanding and supportive and NOT judgemental. Recently the lovely representative on the other end of the phone offered to change my due date for payments that will make it easier to make payments on time so putting the patient first is their goal...so there are a lot of reasons I am impressed with this program
