Snow Event

Low pressure moving northeast from the Gulf states into the Mid-Atlantic pushed abundant moisture into the Ohio Valley on February 2nd, allowing a band of moderate to occasionally heavy snow to develop southeast of the Interstate 71 corridor during the overnight hours of February 2-3. The snow tapered off the following morning, with a tight gradient of snowfall amounts reported across parts of south-central Ohio and northeast Kentucky.
