AlphaGear had a lot to choose from and once I decided and ordered had it in 3 day. I love the watch, it does everything the expensive Apple watches for a quarter of the price. It is built to take some abuse and last.

I purchased a wallet as a gift but it arrived with scratches on it. I contacted the seller and a refund was approved (Dec 26th). I sent the item back and it was delivered on Jan 8th.

I sent multiple email with some response asking for me to patient as they processed the refund. The last communication was January 29th and still no refund. I eventually had to raise a dispute with my credit card which they initially contested.

I would stay away from this company. Awful customer service. They take your money and you will have a hard time getting any of it back.

Unfortunately the watch did not have the features advertised and after I emailed support for assistance (Because there's no direct phone number to call to speak to someone) it took them days to reach me and by then because a return must be done quickly, I sent it back, shame. I had high hopes for that watch.
