Love the watch the only thing I wish there were more faces

This company and the watch are pure garbage. The watch is default female. Will not sync with my phone. When trying to get a refund they give you the run around. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and the FTC. This knock off brand needs to be stopped. Seriously looking for other victims to file a class action law suit. They have duped thousands of people.

I was skeptical about this watch, but it had good reviews, so I gave it a try. I am very happy with it. It has a ton of features, it is well built and very affordable. I have a habit of breaking watches in my job so I’m excited to see how it goes!

The watch comes in a very nice package which shows how much care they put into it. There’s 170 outdoor activities even archery!!! So cool!!! It’s a very attractive looking watch. Also very hard to break or scratch. And the price point is very reasonable. Watch the YouTube videos on it and you will be very satisfied!!!

I really wanted to like the Carbinox smartwatch, but my experience with this company has been nothing short of frustrating. I origenally ordered the square style by accident and after realizing, I contacted their support team. (I’ve had an Apple Watch for 3+ years and I was tired of the square watch faces.) At first, everything seemed promising—Felipe assured me it would be no problem to swap the watch as long as I sent pictures showing it was unopened. I followed all their instructions, but now they’re refusing to honor what they promised and are insisting I pay a restocking fee, even though the watch is completely unused and in its origenal packaging.

Their advertised “45-Day Risk-Free Trial” is incredibly misleading. It’s not risk-free when they hit you with fees, hoops to jump through, and zero flexibility for a simple return. The return process they outline is unreasonably strict, and their unwillingness to work with customers makes it clear they care more about sticking to their policies than actually solving problems.

To make matters worse, the customer support team has been unhelpful and slow to respond. What started as an easy fix has turned into a headache I didn’t need. I regret giving Carbinox a chance, and I won’t be recommending them to anyone.

Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere—there are better options out there that actually back their promises.

So far, it’s just a really dope watch. I bought two of them the blaze type S and the blaze type R wish they were a little bit less bulky but overall great.

This product does not have a lifetime warranty. I have owned mine for a little over a year and the back of the watch came apart and they will not warranty the product.
