Pathways to Peace: Transforming Anger Through Embodiment Event and Dinner Opportunity!

Join us and the Alliance Against Harmful Anger on November 1st. FREE for everyone interested in adding their voice to our collective effort to enhance global emotional resilience

This 3-hour workshop will be by Amy Fredericks, Dr. Steve Wanna, and Dr. Lance Brunner. The event will include insightful talks, mindful embodiment practices, and open discussions to how we can explore transforming harmful anger and cultivate peace within ourselves and our communities. Dinner will be provided for in-person attendees.
