Maybe there's a spider friend in your house right now? I have an 8bitdo NES like controller that I like using when I can. Thank you for playing.

Spiders and skeletons are both great! Thanks for playing!

Thanks for playing! Been trying to get a good handle on introducing mechanics better. Thank you.

Thank you and thanks for playing!

Thanks for playing! I had four bullet points in my notes in my first idea for this game, and the spider breaking boxes was one of them, I really wanted to get it in there.

Thanks for playing! We'll see about the story, I'm still trying to figure something out for it.

The ball shooting was something I kept on tweaking throughout development, spent a lot of time on it. I still feel like I have to tweak it a bit more. Thanks for playing.

Thank you for playing! I was stuck on the idea for the first few days and had to just pick one of the ideas and this one seemed like the most fun for me at the time, I'm happy with how it came out.

Thanks for playing! The other games were like a whole series for last year's GDKO featuring Crunkle, I'd be happy if you tried them out.

Not sure about prequel or not, a lot of the story ideas are still a swirling goo. Thanks for playing!

Thank you for the feedback and thanks for playing!

Thank you and thanks for playing!

Good improvements to the first round. The projectile cards added some new strategy to the game. Very well done!

Interesting narrative, too bad you didn't have the time to get more done.

(1 edit)

Always love your games. I think you got all the points of the round, got an engaging story, projectiles, and some kitty bullets. Great art as always. Great game.

I remember this game from round one. I still like the concept of switching genres. Well done.

Good atmosphere and an interesting narrative.  Got a bit bored looking for the flowers, it took a really long time. Other than that, the monster popping up from time to time was great and the game was bug free for me. Well done!

Great game with a great story. Felt like Elmer Fudd going duck hunting to hell and back. And then shooting the "The End" text. Loved it. So much fun, well done.

I liked the concept a lot. Using the tongue as the hookshot and shooting flies as the projectile was great and fits the mechanics challenge. I felt like the story was a little light but the game was fun. Well done!

The game mechanics were there for the challenge of the round. I would have enjoyed a more finished game, but that's not what we're judging here. It was addicting and fun, well done!

No worries, mate. We all start somewhere and we always have a lot to learn.

The controls being a little awkward as part of the gameplay is cool. I think the game is well done and polished. I think "puzzle" fits even if it is about using the awkward controls.

Absolutely great game that fits the challenges of the round. Loved the card game mechanics and picking the cards to use in the deck. Good improvements from the last round. Very fun, well done!

Ah, we have the same throw and retrieve mechanic. The story was pretty good, the projectiles were great, and included the animals so you checked all the boxes and the game was fun. Well done!

I still really like these puzzler game mechanics. No notes from me on this round, very well done!

Good additions to the game from the last round. I appreciate the space to jump as well as the w. Fun game with a story. The projectiles and animal were all there, good work!

Depends, on my laptop I only plug it in when I'm going to draw in the living room when I'm with my family. But I leave it plugged into my desktop the rest of the time and I happened to be playing it on my desktop when I was playing this game and a few others.

Took one try on the tablet.

Fun story and you hit all the requirements for the round. Was a bit light but fun.

Top marks from me. Loved it. I was a little daunted at first because of how many puzzles you said there were, but they were quick to get through so it didn't take too long. Funny story, good puzzles, and a great game.

Really liked this game. I fell off the map on one level and I have to move on because I don't want to play through them again at the moment. That doesn't really affect my rating, just a bummer for me. You got a good story, good projectiles, and animals. The puzzles are fun and challenging. Great work! I'll try to get back to finish game.

Fun game, I do like metroidvanias. I think you got all the elements needed for the round. The art and style are great and the progression was good. Great work!

Very fast and chaotic, reminds me the old Sonic games where you have no idea where you're going and you hit a bunch of walls and slow down and you have to die a lot to figure out when you have to tap the jump button or take another action. Not my favorite kind of game but it was fun. Good work!

Really fun and addicting, given some more time and polish, this could easily be one of my favorite puzzle games. Well done!

This was a fun concept and it was well done. But it was not my type of game. The last bit of bridges at the end were incredibly frustrating with the controls and having to try to tap a direction and risk dying from it or not tap it and risk dying from trying to move ahead.

Other than my frustration, it is a good game with interesting throwing and animal helper mechanics.

Really liked the minigolf mixed with the existential dread of the golf ball. Really fun game.

A cure creative game that was fun. Surprisingly not the only "birds as projectiles" game in the round. Good work!

The jumping was interesting and took me some time to get used to. Fun game.

The cat virus was great a concept and the game was fun. I think you nailed the round and all the requirements.  Great work!

Cute relaxing game. Not sure if it's cheating, but I had to use my drawing tablet to complete the drawng. Fun game.

Q and E rotate the pattern block.
