Opportunities at UK HealthCare

UK HealthCare offers a wide variety of volunteer and learning opportunities across the UK HealthCare enterprise. We provide community volunteers with the chance to use their skills and abilities to make a positive impact on the patient and family experience. Volunteers are needed in the Emergency Department, Surgery and ICU Family Lounges, Gift Shop, Good Samaritan Hospital, Kentucky Children’s Hospital, Kentucky Clinics, and all across the health care campus.

In support of our commitment to career development, education and training of health care professionals, we provide individuals with learning experiences such as observations, practicums, and research learning in various clinical areas and business professional departments.

Volunteers must be at least 14 years of age. The age requirements for learning experiences vary. Learn more about how you can get involved.
