Counseling Services
Counseling Services supports and promotes the mental health of Caltech students in order to improve the quality of their lives and aid them in achieving academic success. Services are available to all eligible enrolled Caltech students and are NOT dependent on enrollment in any insurance plan.
Call Counseling Services at (626) 395-8331 and ask to schedule a same-day crisis appointment.
Examples of crises include having thoughts of harming or killing yourself or someone else; dealing with a sexual assault; having someone close to you die recently; seeing or hearing things that other people cannot see or hear; or feeling overwhelmed and needing to talk with someone as soon as possible.
Call Counseling Services at (626) 395-8331 and press "2" to be connected to a clinician. You may experience a brief hold while your call is connected; please stay on the line.
After-hours crisis services are available 24/7, including weekends and holidays.

The Meditation Mob is drop-in mindfulness meditation group open to all Caltech students. No previous experience is required; we offer techniques that are appropriate for everyone from newbies to more experienced meditators. We meet every Tuesday from 12:00 - 12:50 pm at Hameetman Club Room 2 (bottom floor).
