Occupational Therapy Services teaches students skills and strategies to improve their routines and habits. Services are available to all eligible enrolled Caltech students and are NOT dependent on enrollment in any insurance plan.
OT Foundations Canvas Course
New to occupational therapy? Not sure if OT is right for you? Having trouble getting past the activation energy to make an appointment? Enroll in the OT Foundations Canvas course and work through topics at your own pace.
This Canvas contains modules on the most requested topics in occupational therapy:
- Stress and time management
- Getting better sleep
- Building better habits
You can also use the Canvas Inbox feature to message Grace Wong, the occupational therapist, for any questions you have about the material.

The Meditation Mob is drop-in mindfulness meditation group open to all Caltech students. No previous experience is required; we offer techniques that are appropriate for everyone from newbies to more experienced meditators. We meet every Tuesday from 12:00 - 12:50 pm at Hameetman Club Room 2 (bottom floor).
