The Navy’s Language, Regional Expertise, and Culture (LREC) team has been helping the Department of the Navy (DoN) build cooperative partnerships abroad since 2007.

 
Operating from the Center for Information Warfare Training in Pensacola, Florida, LREC trains DoN personnel throughout the world in foreign cultures and foreign languages as they prepare for overseas assignments and deployments and interactions with people from other cultures.
