In order to maintain a level of decorum for the NCAA in a positive manner, the following code of conduct has been adopted by Berea College Athletics and the rest of the NCAA. We appreciate the effort put forth by fans, coaches, and players to create  a safe, positive, and fun environment for all athletic events Berea is involved in.

We ask each spectator to abide by the following guidelines in an effort to create an environment in which athletes can participate, game officials can work and all spectators may enjoy: the guidelines include, but are not limited to:

• Profanity, racial or ethnic comments, or other intimidating actions directed at officials, student-athletes, coaches or team representatives and deemed inappropriate by the event staff will not be tolerated and are grounds for removal from the site of the competition.
• Alcoholic beverages are prohibited at athletic contests.  Anyone attempting to bring alcohol into an athletic contest will be denied entry, and anyone discovered in possession of alcohol at a contest will be removed from the event.
• Anyone entering an athletic contest whom the event staff believes is under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs will be denied admission, and anyone present at a contest whom the event staff believes is under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs will be removed from the event.
• No artificial noise makers (bells, drums, beating on cans, etc.) are to be used at any contest.
• Spectators engaging in any form of verbal or physical confrontation will be immediately ejected from the event.
• Any signs, banners, shirts, etc. deemed to be disrespectful or rude by the event staff will be removed.
• Any spectator entering the playing area while the contest is in progress, or refusing to remain in the designated spectator area, will be subject to immediate ejection
