• Start a Chat: If you have access to live chat support, you can initiate a chat session here.
• Rackspace System Status: Displays the status of all Rackspace services and related components. You can view the status site here: https://rackspace.service-now.com/system_status
• Support Documentation: You're currently on our documentation site, but this also provides links to the Rackspace support documentation available at https://docs.rackspace.com/
